Existing Botsko.net clients know how long it takes when server changes need to be made. It begins with a request to the current hosting company, a wait of a few days, a few questions about why the changes are needed, a few more days pass, and finally the change is made. Botsko.net web hosting utilizes several dedicated servers which are hosted by MediaTemple.net. While Botsko.net controls every aspect of the server and how it's setup, MediaTemple ensures the servers are functioning properly and are running within their uptime specifications. All of the benefits of your current host and your web development company combined!
Every account has standard ftp, email, and Plesk access. Each account has optional SSL encryption, email autoresponders, email lists, and much more. Shared servers currenty run PHP 4, MySQL 4, CGI/Perl, and Java. For different server specifications, please enquire about our dedicated server management. Subdomains are available upon request.

By default, all web hosting accounts use a shared IP. If you need a permanent dedicated IP address it will be $1 per IP per month. During development (until a domain name transfer processes) we use a dedicated IP temporarily for your account.
New Domain registration fees are $8.95 per year for .com, .org, or .net addresses. You are welcome to purchase the domain if you prefer.

We currently do not support automated recurring billing. You can pay on any basis you request, although we prefer an annual or quarterly payment schedule. You will receive an invoice via email 15 days prior to the due date of your next payment. We accept checks or money orders (payable to Botsko.net, LLC), PO#, Western Union, or PayPal (PayPal payments may be made to botsko@gmail.com). If you would like to pay by credit card you may also use PayPal with the aforementioned address.
